Tension Control
Tension Control is very important for Web Process Control System of Industrial Machines; it will decide the quality of processing. Because EUNTAY works with clients closely, and has experienced tension control since from 1988, we understand the requirements they need and the real problems where they are. Therefore, we have developed series of Web tension controller which are well adapted to different scenarios of Web Tension Control Systems.
TC-2010 is used for the web tension control of industrial machine; its function is especially configured for the “Central Guiding” type in the Process of Tension Control System.
TC-2030 is a cost-effective solution for non-contact, open-loop web tension control. It allows flexible configurations of control from a simple control for winding/unwinding application to a complex control using a built-in computed program with Ultrasonic Sensor or Contact Sensor for Semi-Automatic Web Tension Control.
TC-2050/TC-2050P is designed for multi-purpose web tension controls. It combined the function of TC-2010 and TC-2030, and can be applied for different applications of web tension control in a whole materials processing control line.
PA-2405 is a tension regulator, which is designed to control tension manually by VR, it is easy to installation and control for open loop tension control.
The EUNTAY LMS series of Tension Detector – Load Cell are used for tension measurement, which is the key factor in web tension control. We use the technology of magnetic field in our products – load cell; it could offer better accuracy、higher reliability and longer life than the type of “Wheatstone Bridge”.
DC Motor Drive
The application of DC Motor for industry machinery is very mature, and it has been for a long time. Although AC Motor with AC Inverter has replaced DC Motor for some general applications like lower / normal torque, velocity control without precision position, the applications which concern about high torque at low speed, high efficient in high power, precision control in speed, tension..etc, these still need DC Motor; Euntay Electronic has produced DC Motor Drive (Analog Type)
since from 1988, we keep on concentrating our attentions on its application, we co-work and grew up with our clients, therefore, we setup the experience and technology, and these are our core competency in the market of DC Motor Control and Drive.
Now, we have developed our second generation Digital type of DC Motor Drive, V65D DIGITAL DC MOTOR DRIVE, The output rated armature current range is from 35A to 720A. which are applied to 2Q & 4Q control for the DC Motor based on power(H.P) 10 H.P ~ 200 H.p / 200VDC, 20 H.P ~ 400 H.P / 400VDC, meanwhile, it can offer the following characteristics:

● RS-485 Interface and MODBUS communication protocol.
● Single and four-quadrant models.
● Armature voltage, AC & DC tacho or encoder feedback.

Because of our technology in microprocessor, our experience and knowledge in DC Motor, V65D Series DC Motor Drive can fully replace the analog type of DC Motor Drive, satisfying new applications and refurbishment requirement for DC motor control and drive in the industry machine.
