| Edge Position Detector EPS-807, has two types of reflective and joystick, it could be changed to reflective type or joystick type according to the characteristics of materials to detect the fabric edge, EPS-807 uses Infrared light as the light source of detection, emitting light to material edge and receiving the reflective light from target, checking the material edge position in transmission, regardless the material is transparent, black mesh or black cloth, its edge position can be accurately detected, when the material has slack edge (such as “lotus leaf” edge, “whisker-like” edge) situation, could use the joystick of detector to adjust the tension of the material to do edge tension detection, it is suitable for the application of fabric-feeding guiding control in stenter machine. |
